The Ortigia Lemon Panettone is made by the famous Pasticceria Loison. Artisanal panettone made with Amalfi and Syracuse lemons, filled with lemon cream, candied peel and sultanas for a rich citrus aroma.
Naturally leavened for 72 hours with sourdough, giving it exceptional softness.
The tin is taken from tiles in the 'Scalinata di santa maria del monte', Caltagirone, Sicily.
